Do you have questions about licenses your company bought?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide information about whether your company purchased a license, what type, and by whom.
As a convenience to our customers, we never required them to provide us with registration information. Your proof of licenses is your
invoice or disk. If not otherwise specified on the invoice, assume that you have a single user license, good for one user on one computer.
Did you lose your disk?
We are not able to provide replacement disks for any version older than the current versions of the software. If you lost a disk for any version older than
the current version of the application, you will need to buy an upgrade
to replace your old version. You do not need an older version installed to install an upgrade.
