- All products listed are available as single user licenses only. Software may be installed on only one computer per license. Contact us for multi-user discounts or annual licenses.
- There is no restriction on the numbers of monitored sites or facilities on which the software is used.
- All licenses include free upgrades within one year of purchase.
- All licenses are perpetual. All upgrades are optional. We cannot guarantee that any version you buy today will run on future versions of Windows.

Replacement Disks:
We are not able to provide replacement disks for any version older than the current versions of the software. If you lost a disk for any version older than the current version of the application, you will need to buy an upgrade to replace your old version. You do not need an older version installed to install an upgrade.
