		Spectraforms includes document management. You can embed document files into Spectraforms files, and you can link to external documents as well. Documents include a check-in/check-out access control so that only one user can modify a document at any time. Show here is a Spectraforms file with a variety of document types embedded. 		Shown here is a scanned healthcare form with entries made using the pen mode and highlighter mode. You can scan a form and save it as a bitmap file. Then create a Spectraforms form that displays the bitmap file. You can then write directly on the form in pen-mode or highlighted mode using a Tablet PC, or tablet and stylus for a desktop PC.
		Spectraforms automatically maintains a revision history for forms and documents. New entries are automatically added each time the form and document is accessed, and the user can add a comment. Show here is a revision history for multiple users for an embedded document.
		Unique to Spectraforms is a powerful grid control to create and display well formatted data tables that can extend across multiple pages. Table cells automatically expand vertically and wrap text to contain all information. Data entry for the table uses a spreadsheet style interface.
