What makes Sajer unique?

1. Sajer uses a hierarchical structure for organizing notes and contacts.  You group notes or contacts in folders.  Any folder can have any number of subfolders, which can also have any number of subfolders to an unlimited level.  Any note or contact can exists in any number of folders at any place in the hierarchy.  Change a note or contact in one folder and it is automatically updated in all other folder.
   
   
2. Unlimited number of user-defined fields for contacts.  Any contact can have an unlimited number of user-defined fields.  You can add fields to an individual contact, or all contacts in a folder.  For example, you can add a wedding anniversary date to a single contact.
   
   
3. Each database is stored in one single file. Sajer does not use relational databases like dBase or Btrieve.  Each database uses one single file simplifying file management.
   
   
4. No limit on the amount of information stored in each field.  Many relational databases limit the length of information stored in fields such as addresses or city names.  Sajer is limited only by available computer memory.
   
   
5. Sajer allows you to enter a contacts full name on one line.   Sajer will automatically parse the name into it’s different parts.

Telephony Support – Sajer uses the TAPI interface to integrate with your telephone.  With the proper TAPI software and telephony hardware, you can dial contacts directly from Sajer.  Using caller ID information, Sajer can screenpop directly to contacts for incoming calls (caller ID service and supporting hardware and software is required). 
   
   
   Sajer takes this feature one step further than most contact managers.  Often times, the number reported by caller ID is not the number you dial to reach a contact.   This is because many business people will call from a PBX system that may report a different number each time the call is made.  Sajer allows you to easily search for the correct contact.  For each contact, Sajer also maintains a list of numbers to search on an incoming call.  These may not be the numbers you dial to reach the contact, but may be reported through caller ID when the contact calls you.  As these lists grow, Sajer is much more likely to report the correct contact on an incoming caller ID search.
